Refunds & Cancellations

MurometsFarm ("we", "us") lists GPU compute on the Vast.ai marketplace. Customers rent through Vast.ai, which handles checkout, billing and payment collection under its own Terms of Service.

Cancellations

Rentals are usage-based. You can stop or destroy an instance at any time from your Vast.ai console, and charges accrue only for the time the instance was running (plus storage while the instance exists). There are no long-term commitments beyond any reserved-term rental you choose to make.

Refunds

• Because payment is collected by Vast.ai, refund requests are processed through Vast.ai support and credited to your Vast.ai account balance or original payment method according to their policy.
• If a machine of ours was unavailable or performed materially below its listing, contact us at support@murometsfarm.com within 14 days with your instance ID. We will investigate and support your refund request with Vast.ai.
• Usage of compute that ran as ordered is generally not refundable.
