These terms apply to your use of murometsfarm.com and to GPU compute services provided by MurometsFarm ("we", "us").

Services

We provide GPU server capacity for rent via the Vast.ai marketplace. Rentals are governed by the Vast.ai Terms of Service and the terms of the specific listing you rent. This website is informational and does not itself process orders.

Acceptable use

You may not use our machines for anything unlawful, to attack or scan third-party systems, to send spam, to mine cryptocurrency where the listing prohibits it, or to host content that infringes others' rights. We may terminate an instance that violates these terms or the Vast.ai rules.

Your data

You are responsible for your workloads and data, including backups. Instances may be interrupted or destroyed according to the rental terms. Do not store the only copy of important data on a rented machine.

Availability and liability

Compute is provided "as is" without guarantees beyond those stated in the listing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected rental period.
